Hi, I'm Greg.
I'm a certified coach and facilitator, providing services to leaders across multiple industries.

In my career I've worked at Amazon, in the wireless industry, in software, at a public utility, and in human services. I've also been a consultant advising clients on how to measure success for their processes and their organizations.  

​I've been a business and people leader for more than 35 years, providing coaching and mentoring to subordinates, colleagues, and professionals. As a people leader, I've been lucky to support the career and personal development for some of the smartest most capable people in business.

My work in process measurement, in business, and as a writer has taught me that we always have the opportunity to update the stories we tell about ourselves and our organizations. In fact, I find the most fun in helping rewrite those stories.
