Below is very short list of some common KPIs. It's not important whether (for example) your organization tracks NPS as part of customer metrics or sales metrics or somewhere else entirely.
What I hope you see is that each of the metrics below has several enabling indicators - stuff that happened before the KPI was measured - where we focus to drive change in the metric.
