The Be a Better People Leader Forum is a series of sessions with no more than 5 leaders learning from Greg and from each other about how to be better people leaders.

How does coaching work?
Coaching kicks off with a 30 minute video call to learn about your goals and my approach to coaching. Then, if it's a match, we'll schedule a package of one 90-minute discovery session, followed by a series of 45-minute weekly coaching sessions for whatever timeframe best serves your goals.
